Happy April Fools Day and Sales Tax Increase
Today is April Fool's today. I was pranked this morning by my friend. I didn't think she is capable of doing this, but she did. Anyway, all in good fun =)
Also, today mark the increase of sales tax in CA to almost 9%. This applies to all purchases such as cars, furnitures, toys, clothing, etc. Will this stop you from buying? Most likely not. Especially in the big ticket item purchases such as cars. Car dealership has offers so many incentives nowadays to boost sales that the tax increase might seem minute to consumers.
